You must first be enrolled in Online Banking in order to download the Mobile Banking App.

Search JetStream Federal Mobile App in your App Store or Google Play Store. If you prefer to use the Mobile Browser, Text Banking or Mobile Alerts, you may initiate those enrollments from Online Banking.

Our new SMS Text Banking service is a convenient feature integrated into our digital banking platform. We've heard your requests, and we're excited to introduce this efficient way of staying connected with your finances.

Enrollment Process:

To begin using SMS Text Banking, ensure that you have enrolled your mobile number for SMS alerts through your digital banking account. If you've already started the enrollment process but haven't entered the verification PIN provided, don't worry. If you attempt any of the commands below, another verification PIN message will be generated to help you complete the process seamlessly.

Simple and Intuitive Commands:

Our SMS Text Banking commands are designed with simplicity in mind. Not only are they not case-sensitive, but some commands can also be abbreviated for your convenience. Here's how it works:

BALANCE: Receive a numbered list of your accounts. Select an account by its number to instantly view its current and available balances.
BAL S# / BAL L#: Obtain the balances of a specific account using its share or loan ID.
HISTORY / HIST: Get a numbered list of your accounts. Choose an account by its number to access its transaction history.
HIST S# / HIST L#: Retrieve the transaction history of an account using its share or loan ID.
CONTACT: Receive the contact details for our CU's 800 number.
HOURS: Access a link to our website's operating hours page.
COM: View a complete list of all available SMS commands.
