Paying Your Loan

Pick one of the two convenient payment options listed below.

ACH Loan Payment

You can easily make payments to your JetStream Federal loan from your account at your other banks or credit unions.

Members who already have Online or Mobile Banking can log in directly to their JetStream Federal account and easily find it in the Make a Transfer Menu. You can also set up recurring payments.

What you need to know:

  • Your account number at your other financial institution, and
  • Their Routing and Transit numbers.

If you have not enrolled in digital banking, you can download our app or go to online banking and select “Not enrolled? Sign up now.”

LOAN PAY USING A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

You can make a onetime payment to your JetStream Federal loan using a debit or credit card from another financial institution!

To get started, be sure to register! Please have handy the debit or credit card you are using for payment, your JetStream Federal account number, your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

There is a $10 processing fee for this service.

Pay your loan by transferring from your JetStream Federal savings or checking account through online, mobile banking or by phone at no charge.

How do I register for this service?
  • Click on the Register button. It will take you to the Get Started page.
  • Enter your first and last name and your email address click Next.
  • You will be asked three (3) security questions. Be sure to answer the questions in the exact format it is asking.
  • 1) Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number followed by your date of birth in this format MMDDYYYY 2) Re-enter the last 4 digits of your social security number 3) Enter your date of birth in this format – include the dashes MM/DD/YYYY 4) Click the box next to the Terms of Service and click Next.
Is there a charge for this service?

Yes, there is a $10 charge for processing your payment using a Debit or Credit Card from your other financial institution.

How can I avoid the charge?

You can pay your loan from your JetStream savings or checking account. Or pay from your account at another Financial Institution with an ACH transfer at no charge.

When will the payment post?
The payment will post to your account the day of the transaction.
How will I know my transaction was successful?
You will receive an email with a confirmation number.
What is the maximum amount I can pay?
The maximum amount is $1500.
Can I payoff my loan through this service?
You can pay off your loan by writing a check for the total amount and mailing it to us. Or you can make it in person at any branch location.
What type of loans can I pay with this service?
You can pay your personal loans, auto loans, and home equity loans.
Can I use my JetStream debit or credit card to make the loan payment?
You cannot use any JetStream plastic card to make your payment.
