Take a Break from Your Loan Payments!

Need a little financial breathing room?

Jetstream FCU’s Skip-A-Pay program allows qualified members to skip one loan payment for eligible loans without impacting their credit score.

Whether it's for unexpected expenses, a vacation, or simply catching up, we’ve got your back.

How it works

Easy Access

Log in to your online banking and select the Skip-A-Pay option under the "Payments & Transfers" menu.

Eligibility

You can skip up to two payments per year (on eligible loans) without affecting your credit score or marking the loan as delinquent.

One-Time Fee

A $35 processing fee applies for each Skip-A-Pay request.

Convenience

Payments made through ACH or automatic transfers? No worries, you can pause them while your Skip-A-Pay is in effect.

Multiple Loans

If you have more than one eligible loan, you can submit additional skip requests the following day.

Quick Processing

Requests are processed at the end of the day once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions.

  • Avoid Delinquency: Skipped payments are not considered late or delinquent.

Eligibility
Requirements

  • Loans must be current, with no delinquent payments (past 31 days).
  • You must have made at least 6 payments on the loan.
  • Loans cannot be paid ahead more than two months.
  • Your membership savings account must maintain a minimum of $5 at all times.
  • Certain loan types are ineligible, including mortgages and commercial loans.

How to Apply

  1. Log in to Digital Banking.
  2. Select Skip-A-Pay under "Payments & Transfers".
  3. Follow the steps to choose which eligible loan to skip.
  4. Pay the $35 fee through your account or have it added to your loan balance.
  5. Enjoy your payment-free month!
