What is IDCheck?
IDCheck is a secure digital identity verification solution. It helps confirm that you are who you say you are before completing a transaction at another credit union through the Shared Branch network—reducing the risk of fraud from fake IDs.
What are shared branches?
JetStream Federal Credit Union is part of the CO-OP Shared Branching Network, giving you access to your accounts at more than 5,600 credit union branches across all 50 states — just like you're at your home branch.

How does it work?
When visiting an EFG CU location to complete a JetStream FCU transaction, simply:
- Scan the QR code displayed at the branch using your mobile device.
- Follow the on-screen steps:
- Select your credit union (JetStream FCU) from the dropdown
- Enter your member number and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
- Take a photo of the front and back of your government-issued ID
- Take a quick selfie
- You’ll receive a verification code valid for 20 minutes, which you must show to the Member Service Representative (MSR).
- Proceed with your transaction as usual!
Note: If you're unable to complete the IDCheck process, your transaction can still be completed using standard verification methods.
