When visiting an EFG CU location to complete a JetStream FCU transaction, simply:

1. Scan the QR code displayed at the branch using your mobile device.
2. Follow the on-screen steps:
   • Select your credit union (JetStream FCU) from the dropdown
   • Enter your member number and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
   • Take a photo of the front and back of your government-issued ID
   • Take a quick selfie
3. You’ll receive a verification code valid for 20 minutes, which you must show to the Member Service Representative (MSR).
4. Proceed with your transaction as usual!

Note: If you're unable to complete the IDCheck process, your transaction can still be completed using standard verification methods.
